I've heard that green tea helps. I've also heard that exercising in the morning helps boost your metabolism for the entire day. But...even though doing cardio is great and does boost your metabolism, strength training also helps by adding muscle. More muscle, more calories get burned.
I've read that apple cider vinegar...a couple of tsp to a glass of water with each meal is suppose to help. (that's from Dr. Jarvis vermont folk medicine)
