Im having trouble at losing weight. Between the risperdal / BPC / PCOS/ Hypothryoid and my doctor lowing my TSH meds to make up for the low FT3 (wich makes no sense) ive gained a good 30-35 pounds in the last 2 or so months.
I'm trying to find some gental exercises and stretching to help me out as i have joint and muscle pain, fatigue, etc. Was thinking of trying yoga w/ light weights but i have never found any good information on it. And some walking when i can handle it. Maybe something else if that helps as well? And the snow season is here, and Gyms are out of the question.
I also only have 150-175$ a month for food right now as money is really tight. And am seeking a low carb, low sugar, low lactose diet that doesnt have much meat product in it as i am vegetarian (who gives in to cravings for meat :P once in a while)
Does anyone have any ideas, or book ideas that they can pass along to me? I was looking into a book on PCOS and infertility diet book that is low carb/sugar but at this present time i cannot afford it so want to start on my own a little before i go buy it
I'm not looking for fast weight loss and would like to be around 130lbs at my 5'3 ish frame.
Thanks for your imput, and Seasons Greetings.
