its good that you lost 19lbs in a month, but becareful with the way your dieting, that can be bad to lose that much that fast, but if this is the first time you ever lost that much in this amount of time, I think it won't hurt anything, as for as going into starvation mode.... you probably have lost a lot of water /fluids..along with some fat,.....if you don't mind can you figure out just how many calories your eating at your dinner meal?
if you continue to lose your weight at this pace besure and exercise for tone/muscle and maybe take some multi vitamins.
I think its amazing just how different our bodys are.
