exercise when you can, just as long as you get a good workout in, I exercise in the mornings before work...because I just don't have time after work with other things, so I just get my workout over with.
for some they maybe to busy in the mornings like getting ready for work rounding up the kids breakfast, lunches or ready daycare, plus a 100 other things to do, but after your day is over and everyone all fed, laundry, baths taken and you have a little time for yourself, try to exercise , if your trying to lose weight and tone your body, exercising will help you feel a lot better /sleep better ect,,ect,, even if your a very busy person.
So it don't really matter when you exercise, morn or evenings, just exercise.
there never seems like theres enough time in the day to do our daily chores let alone exercise, but if you try to incorporate exercise even if its just a 15/30 minute workout, thats a good start.
