| South Beach-- dizzy?
Hey guys, I am doing South Beach Phase 1 right now, and I've started to wake up feeling very dizzy, and sometimes just feel out of it throughout the day. I'd like to add more yogurt to my diet, because I've read that that can help you feel less dizzy. I am worried about the high carb content though. My stomach is my main problem, it sticks out a lot, and I'm worried that the carbs will make me bloat even more. At the same time, I've been getting constipated, and I take some fiber capsules, but should I add more? The problem with high-fiber foods is that they are also high-carb. It's a catch-22. I really need to conquer the dizziness thing though because a couple people already suspect I might have an eating disorder, and I really don't need to add more to the mix.
