I gained 5 pounds, in one weekend, I am back on track today, during the superbowl I had 4 margaritas, fish, shrimp, potatoes, corn meatballs, crackers, eating all day and night, got up this morning and got on the scale, I GAINED 5 POUNDS-
I am back on track, went to the gym and eating healthy again, (can a person gain that much weight so fast in such little time?
