I want to lose 5-10 lbs and have been eating right and working out religiously for several months. So when I do lose the weight as long as I stay at the same calorie count will I still have to workout as much to retain that weight? Currently I'm doing 1 hour cardio and 20 min resistance 5x a week. sorry if this sounds silly but will I be able to lower my exercise time or days once the weight is off?
