I hear you! I am always hungry and can't figure out why! I eat a lot of protein and thought that was supposed to be digested more slowly. I too have put on 12 lbs. in the last 2 months. I have just started exercising and that seems to be fueling my hunger. I am no longer on bc pills, and I think they helped control my appetite. I just started hoodia yesterday but it hasn't helped yet. In fact I just took 2 pills and my stomach is gnawing at itself. I too would appreciate any advice or insight - especially on what to eat when I feel like this!(Like I could eat 3 Big Macs without stopping!)
