Studies made by the University of california on 2006 shows no significant weight loss and no anti oxidant properties what's so ever, however they also said that green tea contain a large amount of caffeine, and drinking it at night mmay cause imsomnia.
I think that the only way to lose weight is having a healthy diet consuming less calories than your system needs and exercise more in order to burn more calories than the amount consumed, it's slow but in long run is the only healthy way, people save your money and with that buy organic healthy food for your diet.
