| would this be effective?
okay, im going on vacation with my family in about 2 weeks and iwant to lose about 10 pounds before i go, sounds like a lot
but if i were to do things darasticly...like
eat only fruits and vegtables, drink only water, have small serving sizes,
not eat after 600pm and workout for an hour each day so you think i could do it? would i lose any weight at all?
