What's wrong with me? I've been slowly but steadily losing weight for over a year by watching calorie intake. I joined a gym about a month ago and mostly do cardio. Weekends I relax my diet a little, so on Mondays I weigh a little more.
A week ago Monday I was a little more than the week before. And tis morning I weighed a little more than last Monday. The end of last week my weight had gone down, but was still higher than the week before. I'm terrified that I might be getting onto a pattern of uncontrollably gaining weight. My diet, calorie intake, and exercise routine have not changed. Why is my weight going up? Is this normal? I'm feeling bloated and am so frustrated!
