| watching calories!
hi everyone,
I did a little experiment within the last 60 days along with exercise and weight trainning, legs was a little sore but I did this, I been taking in 1800 calories daily for maintance, stayed the same weight for 30 days to a T,
Now this last 30 days I kicked up my calorie count by 100 calories daily for the next 30 days to T.....I gained almost 2 lbs, so that tells me that just over eating by 100 daily calories will and can put weight on you.
My point is if your calorie counting stay with what works for you, and be precise with the calories, I use to think after my limit was up for the day and I wanted that low calorie light yougart it wouldn't hurt me...boy was I wrong.
