just exercise your little heart out dear and maybe do some sit-ups everynight, pilates are good for tonning, even try arobics...that will tighten you up or flatten you out one of the two...
the best advise I can give you is eat healthy and exercise, the sit-ups will tighten up your mid sec, but you have to give it time like 4 or 5 weeks sometimes longer.
