I was looking on another ''site'' this morning and read this about 10 foods tough to digest, I found this interesting.
1. Deep Batterd chicken nuggets/ (Deep battered anything!)
2. Hot Peppers
3. chocolate browine al-mode
4. Any type of acid drinks orande /juice lemon aide
5. Mashed Patatoes
6. Raw Onion
7. Broccoli & Cabbage
8. Ice Cream....
9. Beans
10. Sugar-Free Gum.
There are exceptions to these type foods ,how there prepared ect,,ect,, how much you eat.
I just thought this was kinda interesting.
