I think 2 pounds a week is an unrealistically high goal. WHy not settle for about a pound a week and for that, I'd say something like 2,000 calories per day with a little esxercise will do the trick? If that doesn't work (but it probably WILL), then lower to 1900.
Actually, the 2000 calories may get you more than a pound a week since you're a young guy.
If you WANT more, you can probably get 2 pounds a week at 1500 calories but the faster you lose weight the more your body will start to resist you...and make it easiert to gain it back.
You're in this for life so there's no rush.
