Is this a really new diet aid or is it no good? I am 44 yrs young, LOL thats what I keep telling myself. I am very active, dont eat much but the ole body just isnt doing what it used to. seem to have this 20 lbs that is fatty lbs, not firm ike it used to be. I have tried the attkins diet it really worked the first time lost 27 lbs. but it just doesnt seem to work now. so I thought I would try somthing more natural. supposed to arrive today. Guess I will let you all know!
