I myself am trying to lose a few more pounds I just lost 20 since January and I'd like to lose another 20 if possible lol I think my bone structure is a little to square to do it but I will try. I'd be happy with atleast another 10 though!! |

i have hypo thyroid and ive had it since i was pregnant.
in the morning i eat fibre one cereal with skim milk and a fruit ie banana, apple, orange or grapes.
snack i will have a 100 calorie snack or yogurt
lunch i will have a salad with nuts, goat cheese, cucumber, tomatoes with balsamic vinegar or a sandwich.
another 100 calorie snack, fruit, yogurt, nuts etc..
and for dinner i will have chicken/fish/or lean pork with a salad and brown rice or something else thats really healthy.
i change my options everyday so i dont get bored. at least once a week i will treat myself to something good!!!!
