Just wanted to share some of my good news.

I just wanted to share some good news with people who would actually understand my struggle. I have always had difficulty loosing weight. But I have lost 30 lbs and it is staying off. Does any body have any tips that will help me keep losing?

well done i dont mean that in a sarcastic way.Try joining the gym.swimming or dance classes that would help. You can try to eat plenty of fruit and drink loads of water.

Re: Just wanted to share some of my good news.

congrats,
you just keep what you been doing to lose the 30, try be more active is about all the tips I can give you , like when at the grocery store park further away and walk, maybe start you a little exercise routine every night/or every morn, mornings perferably because when you exercise at night you have loads of energy and that may create a non sleepless night.

but loseing 30lbs your doing something right and thats what counts.
I'm glad for you.

Re: Just wanted to share some of my good news.

I would evaluate what you are doing now, and try to tweak it a bit to see if you can lose more. Just make sure you feel comfortable in your lifestyle now before you tweak it up a bit. You don't want to feel overwhelmed.
I was in the same dilemma, lost weight, but wanted to get the final 10 off, so I started counting my calories on my work days. I found ways to cut calories back a bit and amped up my cardio a few more minutes. It took 5 months but I hit my goal of 125lbs. finally.
Try a new sport, measure your food to make sure you aren't over doing the coffee creamer or butter, etc. It seems like a pain, but it's worth the effort, and eventually it becomes second nature to know how much calories is in 2 tablespoons of creamer ( just an example). Good luck
