I'm 38, 6'3, and weight 280 pounds. 10 years ago I was an avid runner, weighed 200, and felt great, and was bouncing off the walls with energy. My blood presure was perfect.
Im now fat, have high blood pressure, and am always tired.
I walk everywhere, so am active- just I can't seem to shed the weight- Jogging was the best way for me to lose my weight in the past- but with my new high blood pressure- i don't want to give myself a heart attack- Family members suggest i lose 50 pounds via dieting- THEN return to running. Dieting isn't doing the job- running WILL burn the fat- but it might cause my heart to explode-
Any advice on how to lose this weight?
