Is there anything I can do to firm up the backside of my upper arms? I have lost weight all over including my arms and my arms in general have firmed up but the flab on the backside is still flappin in the wind!
And how about my tummy tum tum?
Other than that I am pleased with the shape my body is taking on with diet and exercise.

I guess it could be worse. At least my bum is not sagging and my tum is protruding outwardly instead of drooping. Maybe there is hope for my tum to make a full recovery?
