stuffed mozzarella and turkey bacon chicken breast:
1 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 low-fat mozzarella cheese stick ( Like the kind you can peel)
1 slice turkey bacon
a pinch of garlic powder
Directions:
preheat oven to 325 degrees.
pound chicken breast for desired thickness.
microwave bacon for 40 seconds.
place bacon and mozz cheese at the end of the chicken and roll the chicken till the bacon and cheese are closed inside.
tie each end with string.
cook for 25 minutes.

protein: 36 grams
carbs: less than 1 gram
fat: about 9 grams
This is an awesome and easy recipe, tastes great and gourmet. This is great when I'm craving fatty restaurant like food. Along with this I also eat a Yam with a TBSP of natty PB, awesome complete meal. ENJOY!
