Try having some private Pilates sessions or doing Gyrotonic bodywork. Great for your core. Or try going for a run before breakfast to help kick start your metabolism and, at the same time, reduce saturated fat in your diet, increase fibrous foods. Intensive cycle classes could also help. It'll drop off you fast enough. Good luck
