Banana And Milk Diet... etc
Hi there, I'm a lazy first poster, i want to lose some weight fast, just a short term fix.
I'm not drastically overweight, just need to be slimmer for a while, so i'm not looking for a huge new diet plan.
just something to shed a few kilos.
The best thing i've seen on the net that sounds acceptable to me is a banana and milk diet.
Though all i can find about it are small websites promoting it without any real feedback or depth of information.
3 bananas and 3 glasses of milk a day.
is that enough to keep me healthy, for say, 3 weeks?
is it ok to drink water with this diet too? or are the 3 glasses of milk all i'm allowed.
Does anyone know the benefits/ downsides of this diet?
