Ok guys...I need some reassurance from you guys and gals who have lost weight and kept it off....I lost about 50 pounds last year by cutting my calories to between 1200-1500 per day, laying off the sweets, fried foods, etc., making the healthiest choices possible and trying to eat something appx. every 3 hours to keep my metabolism up. If I continue to do this and drink half my body weight in water (if I don't drown first)

and walk at least a mile a day, the weight has got to eventually keep coming off, is this correct? Just for the record, I am a somewhat sedentary female (except for the walking) exercise is hard due to previous back issues, but walking is fine, I still need to lose appx. 75 pounds...Will this continue to work do you think? I just need reassurance that I am doing it the right way....I have a history of yo yo dieting, so I can lose faster, but choose not to.....thanks a bunch! ST
