Re: Anyone switch from 37.5mg phentermine to 30mg with sucess?
I work in a drug store as a technican. I see prescriptions written for these two all the time. I have about 20 percent of people come in and request the tablet form (37.5 mg) but about 80 percent of people who have a prescription like the capsule form (30 mg) much better. I take the 30 mg capsules myself, and have lost an average of 5 pounds a week. for the last 3 weeks that I have taken it. I personally prefer the capsules. they seem to last longer and you feel their effects. only negative feedback is me personally, I have a horrible time sleeping at night if i take it ANY later than 8 A.M. I sometimes stay awake all night and all day the next day without the desire to sleep. I'm not sure if i would have the same response to the 37.5 mg, but be aware of when the label says "may cause insomnia" that they aren't kidding!!! best of luck to you.
hope this helps
