Sorry, you need to pay better attention to your diet. All the work-outs in the world cannot make up for a poor diet. You are probably over-indulging in carbohydrates (i.e your "snacky" things....carb overload). You will be amazed to see what happens when you reduce the carbohydrate in your diet. Low carb diets have an amazing ability to slim you down like nothing else. And I am not talking about the typical advice to switch from "bad carbs" to "good carbs". I am talking about basing your diet on eggs, lean meat, fish, non-starchy vegetables, nuts, oils, cheese and minimal fruit (mainly berries). Get rid of the noodles/pasta, crackers, chips, potato, rice, corn, bread, bagels, fruit, juice, pop, sugary anything. You will lose the extra fat.
