Hello and congrats on your weight loss so far!!
Let me start by saying that losing 10 pounds of fat in one week is humanly impossible. You would have to burn 35,000 calories over that one week!
Most of the 10 pounds you lost was water weight. Therefore, the following weeks will not result in such amazing weight loss results simply because there is no more extra water lying around to get rid of. You're going to start losing pure body fat, and that takes time. So, just keep doing what youre doing and you should be able to expect 1-3 pounds lost each week.
