I also wanted to add that the first 2 weeks on Weight Watchers are really hard, because it seems like you're hungry all the time. And then you start getting worried because you don't want to use up all of your points in the day. But after you pass those 2 weeks then things start to calm down and you'll find that you feel more satisfied with smaller portions of food.
And I totally agree with the veggie idea with fat free dressing. That's a great alternative, as are fruits as long as they are only 1 cup for 1 point. And don't forget that the 98% fat free microwave popcorn is like 5 cups for 1 point. Tootsie Roll pops are like 2 or 3 points each, too. There's a lot of really low points or no points stuff that you can snack on.
But I hear ya, believe me. It's a hard transition. However, once you get used to it, you'll see how you're able to feel more satisfied with less food. It's kind of nice, actually.
