| Weight loss troubles, i'm 17, around 230 lbs, and about 5'11".
Ok, for a while now i've been wanting to lose weight, but for some reason I just can't find a suitable schedule to work with, exercise & diet wise. I'm 17, around 230 lbs, and about 5'11". I'm a bit of a picky eater. I hate regular milk. And i'm a sodaholic, and I know I need to cut it, but I can't, it's like an addiction. I don't have access to a gym, nor do I have any exercise equipment. I have a disability known as hydrocephalus, and I have to take seizure medication, which is depakote. Which, from what i've heard, one of the side effects is weight gain. The workout schedule I was planning on commiting to, was as follows:
Monday, 4 sets of 20-25 squats and 3 sets of 25-30 pushups
Tuesday, 3 sets of 25-30 situps and go jogging
Wednesday, 4 sets of 20-25 squats and 3 sets of 25-30 pushups
Thursday, 3 sets of 25-30 situps and go jogging
Friday, 4 sets of 20-25 squats and 3 sets of 25-30 pushups
Saturday, 3 sets of 25-30 situps and go jogging
Sunday, 4 sets of 20-25 squats and 3 sets of 25-30 pushups
Will this work for losing weight?
I don't know about what i'm going to do, diet wise, because I am a very picky eater. If someone gave me a list of all the foods I can eat, that'd make my life easier, because I could pick the foods from the list that i'd eat. Also, someone said I should do this:
Body cleansing. Drink water with citric acids to get rid of the nasty junk in your stomach. Example when drinking a glass a water it's good to put a slice or two of either orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit etc.
Some sort've help would be appreciated very much.
