Not Sure Where to Start!
So I want to lose 15 pounds. But I have no idea what to do! I realize that this is a very general question, but i just need information. And I'm not even sure what I'm looking for! I guess things like, what should i not eat, whats ok, how much fat in take should i be eating a day? What exercise works, what doesnt? I really just need something to just give me a push in the right direction!
And also, i weigh 130 so its not like I'm obese. I just really want to have a smooth flat stumach, because right now I most definitaly do NOT. How do i get nice abs? But the thing i always liked about me was that i was naturally curvy. Can i lose the weight i want to and still have curves?
And when ever i Do lose weight, i always lose it from my breasts and butt first, which are the only places i actually WANT to be curvier and fuller, how can i combat this?
And then, if i ever do reach my goal, how am i supposed to keep it off?
