If you feel you need to firm up, then keep up the crunches and make sure you get plenty of exercise. Lunges and squats are good for toning up your legs.
However, I do not think that you need to lose any weight. You are only 13 and although you are not very tall, at least not yet, your weight is fairly low. I think that if you simply focus on being healthy, not losing weight you will see the results you want. Make sure you are eating healthily and getting exercise, and at your age you will see results pretty quickly.
