Smile I need advice on a good dietpill/workout please!

Ok so here is my situation.
I am 21, 5'2 and about 126-130 pounds...the MOST I have ever weighed..ever! Because I am so short, any weight that is gained is VERY noticable. I am not on any meds and I don't smoke or anything..although I quit last year, it did not make me put on any weight but if any maybe a few pounds. I have tried dieting..I cut out meat for a while and now i strictly just don't eat red meat. I have tried drinking lots of water and tried various diet pills..I have worked out ( ok not as much as i should though) But for some reason I really have not seen any major results in all of my attempts. I have a belly that will NOT seem to go away even when I can tell my belly has shrunk down a little, I still have this blubber and I just want it gone! My arms are also huge and I don't know how to get the excess weight off of them!
If anyone knows of a good over the counter diet pill and good workouts to help with my stomach/arm issue..please give me any advice you have!

If I were you I wouldn't take dietpills. Because I've heard so many negatives about pills. I once was taking a herb that susposably suspose to strengthen my heart. I ended up almost dead.

Some pills give you awful side effects (like oily gas for Alli), so be careful! I would suggest trying a workout that you enjoy. It's easy to get bored with the same old thing and quit. Or go for shorter workouts, but more often, so you don't burn yourself out. I hate to say it, but the only way to get lasting weight loss it to get yourself in the habit of exercising and eating right. To flatten a belly, I suggest eating more lean protein (like baked chicken or grilled lean meats), fruits, and veggies. It's okay to have carbs, but limit them and try to stick with whole wheat. When I eat less carbs, my abs look so much better.

If you are really looking for a pill, try a hoodia or green tea pill. They will not give lasting weight loss, but they can help you get more energy and will probably make you lose a few pounds of water weight. Hoodia makes you feel full faster, so you will be less likely to overeat. I lost 5 quick pounds before going to the beach using these, but diet and exercise is what got me back down to a size 1 or 3... and my metabolism has sped up so much! From working out much more often, I can almost eat whatever I want at this point in moderation.

Thank you so much for your advice. I def need to find a good workout. Do you have any you would suggest? Also, which hoodia or green tea pills would you suggest? There are SO many to choose from out there!
I too, used to be a size 3..right now i'm probably between a 5 and 7 and it kills me!! I just want to be back in a 3 and I would feel so much better about myself!
So again if you know of any pills you could suggest and maybe a good workout i would appriciate it! thanks again!

I actually do a moderately low carb diet. I still eat them, but I eat less of them and feel GREAT. I don't get bloated as often with less breads and pastas. I try to eat whole wheat products when I do eat them. I like to eat a lot of salads with grilled chicken or turkey. For quick lunches I can take to work, I buy South Beach brand salads, wraps, or pizzas. They have a lot more protein and are low in carbs than something like Lean Cusine and are great for when you don't have time to make something.

For exercise, I recommend any kind of cardio. I used to use the elliptical machine, but I now run on the treadmill. Just go for something you enjoy so you will stick with it! You can even do dancing, tae bo, walk outside, anything like that. Then try to lift some light weights (5 or 10 lbs will do it). I do different arm exercises, squats, lunges, and kickbacks. Then I do crunches and other ab exercises. I used to do about half an hour of exercise but now I go for about one hour just because I enjoy it and was getting very good at what I used to do and had to make it more challenging. Just do what you can! Every bit counts, even if it's a quick 15 or 20 minute workout.

I used the "10 Day Hoodia Diet" pills. They were inexpensive and worked to get rid of water weight. I took less than the package said... I took one before breakfast (with a full glass of water) and one before lunch (with water again). They would give me too much energy to take it in the evening, and when I took 3 at a time like the instructions said, I felt too jittery and got nauseous! To be honest, I think you can get similar results drinking diet green tea. I'd just get the bottled kind and it would help me get rid of water weight and seemed to keep me full a bit longer! Plus I didn't ever get jittery from drinking green tea.

Good luck! It sounds like you don't have too much to lose and are close to where you want to be! That is how I was... just a size or so bigger than I wanted to be and I just wanted to get back to how I was. You can do it!
