Over the last year i managed to come down from 14st to 12st, however i am now back up to 13 but have put that down to muscle. Im 24, male, 5ft 8ish. I have been going to the gym 5days a week for the last year and have found it pretty easy to lose the initial 2 stone. However over the last few months i have not noticed any difference at all. I still have alot of fat in my belly and man breast area! I am eating between 1400-2000 calories a day and doing 1hr cardio 5 days a week. Why does it seem like i am no longer burning
You probably need to change up your cardio routine. For example, alternate fast walking for 4 minutes, and jogging for 1 minute. Break up the cardio into different machines, too. For example, do 20 minutes of elliptical trainer, 20 minutes of treadmill, and 20 minutes of bike. Also throw it some weight training, muscle burns fat.
