partially hydrogenated oils ARE the trans fats on the label. its true that sometimes the values dont add up, because sometimes there are mistakes with lables, and in this case the one youv got is quite obvious cause the total is 10 but if you add the others up its only 7.5. but sometimes you know, they cant make it exactly accurate - but yea with yours i do think its probably a typo or some miscalculation..
also, well hopefully not, could be that the manufacturers are lyingto the consumers - because they know most ppl wont be bothered by the amounts anyway - ie they wont go and count things up and analyse these things etc.
