In general, I would suggest eating whole foods that are low in saturated fat. Eat slowly and don't overeat. Eat less animal products and more foods that are high in fiber and nutrients like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
basically burn more calories through cardio than what you are eating (if you burn more calories through weight training, you are going to build muscle which will increase weight, muscle weighs more than fat). . .so yeah, odies said it right, run
