I like green tea, but for me it's more of an energy booster. Taking natural pills ONLY has helped me lose excess water weight from bloating and some help suppress my appetite. None of them just burned fat right off, but that sure would be easy! The only way to really get great results would be to watch what you eat and add in some exercise. Even just walking can give great results if you stick with it! Plus, it helps beat stress. I have heard that Alli works well to help lose weight, but you REALLY have to watch what you eat (no greasy foods) or you will have some nasty side effects.
