I am planning to lose 10 pounds. I have already lost about 5 pounds, but I have seemed to hit a plateau in my weight loss.
I have been eating 1500- 1800 calories a day, and exercising 30 min. a day, and 6-7 days a week.
I was wondering if it is still possible to eat that much, and still lose weight, or if I should lower my calorie consumption.
