I just had a few questions...
First, a little bit about me.
I'm a girl, 24 years old, 5'11 and 186 pounds. I've been trying really hard and sticking to a diet pretty well but I've kind of hit a plateau. I started out about a month and a half ago at 198 (GASP) but am down to 186.
However, for the past 2 weeks or so, I haven't been able to lose ANY weight. I bought a treadmill a while back and run on it every day, excluding Sundays, at a speed of 5.0 MPH for about 3.5-4 miles.
I've been eating healthy, for breakfast I have a whole wheat English muffin and a half a cup of low cal cottage cheese, for lunch I usually have a turkey wrap, and for dinner, usually something healthy at around 300-400 calories. For snacks, usually apples or peaches or a low calorie yogurt. I usually eat about 1,200-1,500 calories a day.
What am I doing wrong? My goal weight is around 160, but it's really frustrating to be working out so hard and the scale seems to be STUCK!!
Anyone have any ideas??
