Unhappy Do diet patches actually work?

Do Diet Patches actually work??

Has anyone here on this forum actually used diet patches for a long period of time and did they work??

I bought some diet patches <removed> and I have had it on for 8 hours and so far useless, haven't felt a thing, I'm still hungry? Can someone advise?
I only want to lose 3 kilo in 3 weeks so i can fit into a dress I bought for my brothers wedding.

Diet patches are a scam and a rip-off! If you can, get a refund right away.
