Im new to this forum. Is there blogs on this forum? I recently started studying fitness and nutrition and can hardly wait to get my diploma, but learning so much new stuff, I'm really starting to put it to use.
Im not considered over weight but i would like to lose 20 pounds. I dont have much support, just because when I do mention my weight loss goals ill get annoying comments like " you dont need to loose weight".
I noticed someone posted there special k challange results. That was inspiring thanks! So will anybody else start a blog lol?
