Peanuts or Peanut Butter
I know everybody says it is fattening. However, I snack on peanuts every single day and have for years. It has been the miracle for my weight control. I pop in a few peanuts off and on all day long. I eat peanuts in Danon Light Fit yogurt. I'm not saying I go through a can a day, but I snack on them all the time. Peanuts are about as high in protein as anything and has the "good" fat.
I have the schedule luxury of being able to eat when I want and snack when I want, so I have a good breakfast and pretty much snack lightly the rest of the day with only a tiny lunch and tiny supper. I have lost thirty five pounds over the past three years with this diet routine as well as walking and light weightlifting.
