Effective colon cleansings are done under medical supervision in preparation for colonoscopy for screening for colon cancer and precancerous polyps. The colon cancer forum here has some discussions on the subject.
However, I have not heard of any reason why such a thing would be a desirable way of losing body fat.
I know, but I have heard about colon clensing several times on tv. And I know that their are recipes out there that help aide in doing it. Thought maybe someone had one of those recipes.
[QUOTE=ctnc1234;3952577]Is anyone willing to share a colon clense recipe?
I can give you the whole recipe in 8 words: Eat whole foods that are high in fiber.
To be specific, that means you need to eat a wide variety of colored vegetables (not just white potatoes), fruit (2 to 4 servings per day), various whole grains (like oatmeal, rice and wheat), legumes (various beans and lentils), nuts and seeds. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water and get some exercise.
A clense is a "cure" for what? Answer: Constipation.
And once you know that a lack of dietary fiber (and water) is what usually causes constipation, all it takes is a change in eating habits to get things moving.

Reason: A change in wording & put the word cure in quotation marks
