I'm A Little Worried
I started a job in august of last year. When i started that job i was around 74.5kg in weight.. now during the time from august to jan i used to drink alot of coke etc....sometimes even 8-10 cans a day. During january i stopped and went onto flavoured water.
Now 2 weeks ago i weighed myself at work, i was 74kg. then yesterday i weighed myself and i was 71 - 71.5kg.. is this anything to worry about at all?
i must admit i usually dont eat a full meal before work, most times i hardly eat anything... i only have one big meal a day and thats when i get in from work at 8pm, usually before work i just drink water..
i also go to bed at stupid times.. in between 2am and 4am and get up around 2pm..
i do suffer from anxiety
could this be affecting my weight? is it anything to worry about?
