HI I'm trying to lose weight but I want to do it the healthy way, I've been changing my diet and running..but someone told me to kick up the amount of fiber in my diet so I added more fiber foods and fiber chews, but is there such this as too much fiber in your diet???
The best way to increase fiber in your diet is to increase intake of whole foods with fiber, such as vegetables, whole fruits, beans, and whole grains.
