Hi all wonder if anyone can help, I am so confused
How many calories do I need to lose weight?, I have had lots of conflicting advice on how many I should have, I dont want to lose weight rapidly but a sensible loss.
I am 54, 5.1 and 10st, I feel so unhappy I can see another coming and me being wrapped up in sweat shirts feeling hot and sticky and a pain to be around.
I dont want to go out let alone go on holiday, it feels like its invading all areas in my life.
I work in a busy outpatients clinic and spend 90% of my time running/walking around my clinic and the building as a whole, exercise outside of work is zero I feel constantly tired(no health problems to cause tiredness), and I know I am making my hubbys life a misery with it.
I started to do my family tree and have just gotten back in touch with my family and as a consequence have been invited to my nieces wedding in September and I dont want to turn up as a blob and I dont want them to be dissapointed with me, a bit shallow I know but that how I feel.
I would appreciated sensible advice because I am so confused about it all
