I will be using this thread to track my progress as I lose weight. I am currently 285 pounds. My goal is 195 pounds. (For reference I am 6 feet tall.)
Mon-Sat: Run 2 miles before work and 2 miles after work.
Mon, Wed, Fri: 45 minutes of weight training after work.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, fresh fruit, OJ.
Morning Snack: Low salt cashews & raisins.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine meal and fresh fruit.
Afternoon Snack: Boiled Egg
Basically I’m looking for 85% adherence to the diet and exercise schedule. I plan on updating this thread every Sunday. At this time I am not taking nor planning to take any supplements besides a multivitamin once a day. For those who are curious I’ll post a “before” photo a little bit later.
