I weigh about 110 and 5 ft. 1/2 inch. Hopefully, this might help you even though I am not that of a healthy person. I use to weigh about 107 or less but gained a lot after overeating and not exercising. I don't like eating fruits so I eat multivitamin to make up for it.
I drink water most of the time, rarely drink juice or soda. And I do not like drinking diet sodas because it destroys your brain cells.
The days I am bad like eating a chocolate bar, chips, a peice of doughnut, and so on.... then I make sure that day I DO TONS OF EXERCISE to make up for it. I don't eat these bad food at night cuz its easy to make you fat if you eat sweet stuff at night. Well of course if I were to do heavy exercise at night than maybe I will allow myself to eat a little bit more.
Breakfast (The followin are what I usually eat in the morning)
one bagel with Coffee
crackers(90 to 100 calorie kind) with coffee mix with hotchocolate
toasted bread with coffee
Slice of cake w/ coffee
Just Yogurt
Donughts w/ coffee
Cinnamon roll w/ coffee
Lunch:
small bowl of rice w/ vegetables, not much meat
Salad
Spagetti
Just Fried Rice
Pasta
Just French Fries or a six peice of chicken nuggets
Snack:
Yougurt, crackers, a slice of cake, a chocolate candy bar
Dinner:
Rice w/ lots of veggies and fish, drink one bowl of soup, fruits if I am not really full
Rice w/ veggies and chicken, one bowl of soup
Peice of steak with vegetables
Dessert:
Rarely have room for dessert after dinner
Half bowl of sweet soup
a scoop of ice cream, depends on my mood
some fruits(this rarely happens)
slice of cake (on special occassions)
****REMINDER***** IF YOU EAT HIGH CALORIE FOOD AT NIGHT,, MAKE SURE YOU DO EXERCISE AFTER AN HOUR OF DIGESTION,,, NEED TO BURN THOSE CALORIES OFF BEFORE YOU GO TO BED********
