Can you help a mum make a plan of action
I am trying for my 2nd baby (my 1st is 20 months now). I work full time, the rest of my life with baby, still part time breastfeeding. When I was preg 1st time I put on 21kgs, mostly fluid based. I am now 90kg!!!, 5ft 6, 36 yrs old. Always been a big girl but....
I need some advice on realistic changes I can make to my life, lifestyle, safe ones, since I'm trying for a baby. It is not possible to completely change, cant go to a gym 5 days a week, etc... but maybe if you can recommend e.g. 5 top tips to help me kick start a healthier me?
