Does your gym offer other classes besides spinning? Maybe try some of those. Also, you didn't mention any kind of strength training. I just read in a fitness magazine that it still burns a good amount of calories. Plus, strength training will help you burn more calories throughout the day. I do strength training and cardio together for the best results. When I did ONLY cardio, it wasn't enough for my body. Give that a try! I also noticed that Weight Watchers allows dieters to eat a LOT of foods that I avoid. I see ladies munching on 100 calorie packs that are practically small cookies! That's not healthy! Even if it's 100 calories, it's not a nutrient rich food. I aim for more natural foods and lean protein sources and do best that way.
If all else fails, you might want to get your thyroid checked to make sure you are not hypothyroid.
