weight loss question
I'm 19 years old and I began the summer at 213 lbs and have been exercising almost everyday. I've been lifting weights, push ups, sits ups, and riding the stationary bike too. I cut down on my calories and have been eating healthy foods and staying away from junk food and also cut soda completely out. It's been about 5 or 6 weeks and I'm done to 193 lbs. I weigh myself every other day. My question is, am I losing weight too quickly? I've read that losing weight too fast is bad as well. If I had to estimate I would be consuming about 1500 calories a day. So am I losing weight too quickly and will this be bad for my health?
